Job Description

The Growth and Marketing Manager will drive business growth, develop strategic marketing initiatives, and enhance the organization’s brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition, market analysis, and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Build strategic partnerships and networks to drive business development.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth and marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare sector.
