We are currently conducting an independent research to measure happiness in the workplace. We crave your indulgence to participate in this “Happiness in workplace” research.
The research is mainly to gain insight into what constitutes happiness in the workplace; the outcome of this research will serve as a veritable tool in shaping employees engagement in different organisations. Confidentiality is guaranteed. No identifying information.

However, I do not know if my answer would be relevant to your research data, especially on demography. The job satisfaction experience is it local or international?     Happiness in the work place is relative but then importantly if one must find happiness in the workplace where you are meant to spend about 40hours in a week then there should be all round motivation in terms of logistics to work,ability for one to use her initiative to take decisions discretional without be bossed by the boss
