Job Description:
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and policy development. The successful candidate will contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a productive and compliant workplace.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance reviews.
- Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards.
- Design and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR best practices and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
- HR Certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
