The People & Culture Officer will support talent, culture, employee experience, and organisational development initiatives across BROOT Consulting and selected client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, internal communication, and people operations.
- Contribute to performance support, learning plans, team development, and culture-building activities.
- Maintain HR documentation, staff records, and people-related reports.
- Support client-facing assignments involving organisational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce transformation, culture change, and change management.
- Coordinate internal meetings, team check-ins, and people-development initiatives.
- Help strengthen employee experience, accountability, and team productivity.
